Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 3pm pacific time on a normal weekday will begin processing that day. Processing time estimates in the table below are the number of business days it takes to ship an order for all custom products. All stock products ship in 1 business day.

Shipping transit times are not under the direct control of Stamps.com, and Stamps.com is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, natural disaster, or causes beyond our shipping carrier's control.

If for some reason you have NOT received your order after 14 business days, please contact our customer service department via e-mail at storesupport@stamps.com.

Image rejections
When you place your order, your image will be reviewed to ensure that it complies with our Image Content Restrictions. Examples of images that we accept include babies and children, individuals, couples, families, pets, business logos, landscapes, artistic items, vehicles, and other similar types of images.

Remember, you must own the rights to the photograph, image, graphic, or logo that you submit. If it is unclear to us that this is the case, we will not accept your image. Also, if we think your submission will result in a low quality product (e.g. the image is too dark), we may choose not to process the order.

Please note that owing to privacy concerns, our customer support representatives do not have access to the image(s) that you submitted. As such, they cannot provide details on why your submission did not meet our Content Restrictions.

If your order contained multiple images in which some did not meet our Content Restrictions, we will process only those image(s) that met our Content Restrictions. If for some reason, you do not want the remainder of your order, you may return your order for a refund after you receive it.

Order Status States

RECEIVED Your order has been received and is processing.
INSPECTION Your order is being inspected for image compliance & quality.
PRODUCTION Your order is being printed and/or assembled.
SHIPPING Your order is in final processing before shipment.
COMPLETE Your order has shipped.
CANCELING Your cancellation request is being processed.
CANCELED Your order has been canceled.
ATTENTION Please contact us regarding your order.

Cancel an Order
You may cancel an order as long as it has not passed the image approval phase. Once your image has been approved, your order can no longer be cancelled. Image approval is the first step in "Processing," and may take only seconds. To cancel, go to the Order History / Status page in the My Account section of the website.

After you cancel an order, it may take several minutes before the request is processed and reflected in the system.

If you fail to cancel your order before it passes the image approval phase, it cannot be cancelled. If the sheets are undamaged and unused, you may return your order for a full refund once you receive it in the mail. For more information about our return policy click here.

Please note: After you place an order, it may take up to one hour before any changes or cancellations can be made to it.

Returns
At Stamps.com, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, you may return any unopened and unused item(s) within 30 days of your original order date for your money back.

In the case of a defective item, Stamps.com will honor the applicable warranty period if it exceeds 30 days. In such an event, please contact Customer Support. All sales of clearance, discontinued, or retired items are final, they cannot be returned for refund.

To receive a refund or to exchange an item, please follow the instructions on our returns / exchange form.
